What we will do for you

• Promote your volunteering roles to our students via Volunteering Fox, fairs etc
• Provide support with training volunteers.
• Look at developing and enhancing the role of student volunteers for your college or department.

What we want you to do for us

• Sign up to Volunteering Fox online and update your profile
• Provide a description of each volunteering role and sign Volunteering Fox’s volunteering agreement
• Inform us when volunteers have begun volunteering and when their involvement ends, for whatever reason
• Induct each volunteer and provide training, where required
• Work with volunteers in a non-discriminatory way in accordance with University’s Equality of Opportunity policy
• Provide a named contact for each volunteering role
• Ensure volunteers are not a replacement for a paid members of staff
